2.OPTICAL ZOOM: It matters a lot when we talk about a digital camera.Standard point and shoot cameras offer 3x optical zoom is about to begin.So,it will be the trend of offering larger and wider zoom capabilities.

3.FULL HD VIDEO RECORDING: There are several camcorders available that record at full HD resolution,however this capability is not there in digicams.

4.SLIMMER DESIGN: As is the case with all the devices these days,slim,light,and trendier,this will be the success formula for digicams too.

5.VIEWFINDER DISPLAY: Most of the digicams come with built in viewfinder,but it would get replaced with bigger viewfinder screens may be the touchscreens that will make shooting at more fun!
